Cerchiamo partecipanti dai 16 ai 26 anni più un group leade no age limit, per scambio giovanile che si terrà in Polonia, a Kruszwica dal 25 Maggio al 4 Giugno sul tema della cultura storica dell'imprenditorialità. Il progetto è finanziato dal programma Youth in Action che copre tutti i costi di vitto e alloggio e rimborsa ai partecipanti il 70% delle spese di viaggio sostenute.
Lo scambio, progettato secondo metodi di educazione non formale, ricrea un viaggio ideale che ripercorre l'antica via dell'ambra fino alla cooperazione imprenditoriale internazionale dei giorni nostri con il fine di approfondire il tema dell'imprenditoria giovanile.

Project Description
The idea of the project relates to the ancient traditions of international trade contacts of the European states. Starting when Roman merchants followed the Amber Road on boats, rafts, by foot or riding horses from Aquileia (Italy), through the Moravian Gate, Greater Poland, and Kujawy (including Kruszwica) to Baltic, offering in exchange for amber: wine, textile, ceramics,
metal products, cotton and also information about other lands, politics, culture and thanks to this raising their knowledge about the world. We also – 7 participant of the project per organization from Italy, Slovakia and Poland (plus leaders) in the age range of 15-25 interested in working in international trade – maybe descendants of those merchants. We will meet in
Kruszwica, to recall the old times of intensive international exchange on the European scale, to learn the Amber Road and as centuries before, exchange ideas about the world and people, learn networking and the entrepreneurship. In the frames of the project we will visit cities, where the Amber Road tradition is still alive (Roman Factory in Pruszcz Gdański, the Museum
of Amber in Gdańsk). We will visit companies running international cooperation ex. global corporation Bunge, transport companies, fruit and vegetables firms, on the purpose of talking with the workers about international cooperation – fears and chances.Thanks to participation in the activities of intercultural communications, negotiations,marketing and promotion, we will
learn the fundaments of entrepreneurship. We will participate in workshops of ancient jewelry production and the art of ironsmithing, to feel the spirit of the past, integrate and learn team work. The final of the project will make historical performance “Arrival of the roman merchants to Kruszwica” on the Kruszwica’s old town with the participation of project’s participants and
Kruszwica’s youth. Audience will consist of Kruszwica’s inhabitants and invited guests: local authorities, medias."

Who will participate:
This project aims to gather 24 young people from Italy, Slovakia and Poland (7 participants per country).

Here you can get familiar with the history of all polish ancestors, so discover the charm of the legandery capital of Poland!
It is located in the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the west part of Kuyavia, in Inowrocław County. It is a charming small town, an important tourist center of the region.
The participants are going to be accommodated in a sport hotel and a sailing hotel in diverted into international groups.
